Weekly Bulletin – Jan. 4, 2024
Principal’s Message
As we step into the New Year, I hope you are (just as I am) filled with hope and excitement for what lies ahead for our wonderful, close-knit school-community. Reflecting on the past year, I am immensely proud of the resilience, determination, and warmth you have shown, making our school not just a place of learning, but a place of nurturing hearts and aspiring minds. That’s not to say 2023 was challenge-free, but it’s to say that our vision, guided by unconditional positive regard, is greater than the hurdles we’ve overcome.
This year, let’s renew our commitment to not just academic excellence, but to the values that make us who we are. Effort, in all its forms, is the cornerstone of our journey. Whether it’s mastering a difficult subject, participating in extracurricular activities, or helping a classmate understand a lesson, your efforts make a significant impact. Remember, every small step you take is a leap towards your personal growth and our collective success.
Kindness, a value that resonates deeply within our school walls, is something I encourage you to carry with you every day. A smile, a helpful hand, or a word of encouragement can make a world of difference. Let’s continue to support and uplift each other, creating an environment where everyone feels welcomed, valued and respected.
Lastly, let’s focus on our goals and dreams. Each one of you has a unique set of character strengths. Nurture them, use them to support others, work towards your aspirations, and never lose sight of your objectives, no matter how challenging the path may seem. Remember, our school is a place where dreams are nurtured, and goals are achieved.
As your principal, I am here to support and guide you through this journey. My door is always open to your ideas, concerns, and aspirations. Together, let’s make this year a memorable one, filled with learning, growth, and joy.
