Valedictorian Brady Law

Brady Law is the son of Greg and Tonja Law.  He has attended Sharon Springs Central School since Kindergarten. He spent his Senior year attending the New Visions Engineering Program at ONC BOCES. He is a member of National Technical Honor Society, National Honor Society and Math Honor Society. Along with his commitment to academic success, he has been an active participant in extracurricular clubs and activities. He has held office in multiple organizations throughout high school. In his Junior year, Brady placed 1st at the FBLA state level in two different competitions. During his Senior year, he placed 3rd at the SKillsUSA state competition. In addition, Brady was captain of the Varsity Soccer and Basketball teams, earning First Team Tri-Valley League All-Star in both sports. These teams made it to sectional play and had an even better overall record. When he is not in school you can find Brady working at Dairyland or the After-School Program, officiating youth soccer and basketball games or participating in other recreational sports for fun. Brady will attend Syracuse University in the fall to pursue a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

 

Salutatorian, Jennifer Manko

Jennifer Manko, the daughter of Christine Manko of Sharon Springs and Michael Manko of Fort Plain, has attended Sharon Springs Central School since Kindergarten. Through all these years she’s remained committed to her academics, as well as participating in a variety of extracurriculars. These include FBLA, Spanish Club, Book Club, Varsity Club, and more. In addition to these, Jennifer has played basketball for most of her school years, rarely missing practices or games.In her free time, Jennifer enjoys watching movies, listening to music, and reading. In her time at SSCS, she has volunteered at numerous school dinners and also at a local animal shelter. Jennifer will be attending SUNY Cobleskill in the fall where she will study liberal arts.
