Teacher Anne Laier and her Kindergarten class took center stage at the October 27 Morning Program and entertained K-5 students and staff with a live production of “It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charle Brown.”
The famous Charles Schultz Halloween cartoon story featured all the Peanuts characters from Charlie Brown and Lucy to Linus and Snoopy. The children had been practicing the play for weeks and did a tremendous job acting out their parts and remembering their lines.
Here was the cast: Charlie Brown – Jackson Horning, Sally – Juniper Dixon, Lucy – Olive Barbic, Linus – Billy Simpson, Violet- Julia Raggi, Peppermint Patty – Harper Lynk, Snoopy – Aubrie Raggi, Pigpen – Maddilynn Edwards, Schroeder- Brody Thurley, trunk or treaters – Elizabeth Holmes, David Saltsman, Mackenzie Sinatra and Riley Clute. Thanks to our older student helpers: narrators – Charlotte Ferrone, Bastian Kelly, Maven Armstrong, and Avaleigh Puding, and candy man – Oliver Carrow.
