Fifty golfers gathered at Cobleskill Golf and Country Club on Saturday, Sept. 16 for the annual SSCS Booster Club Golf Tournament/four-person scramble format. This is one of the Boosters’ largest fundraiser of the school year and we had a great turnout. Some $3,000 was raised through entry fees, hole sponsors and various donations. The money will be used to support SSCS students.
Congratulations to the winning foursome of Chris Smith, Brett Simpson, Chris Lohret and George Martin. Winner of the Liz Handy Scholarship Putting Contest was Luke Pryor. Our first hole in one was recorded by John Hurst on Hole #17. Quite an accomplishment! Thank you to all our players, donors and hole sponsors. Can’t wait to see you again next fall!
